On DVD #5, Boris explains the nature of lymphatic drainage
and how to perform manual acceleration of lymphatic drainage,
not only to reduce lymphedemas, but also to cause significant
full-body detoxification. Nowadays, with all the anxiety over
avian influenza, these are very important techniques to know,
as lymph drainage for detoxification will not only improve
the functions of all body systems, but will cause a considerable
boost to immune system function. Please be aware that the
degree of detoxification is proportionate to the increase
of the acquired immune systems power. As we said, every
DVD is packed with material. Boris will also demonstrate in
details how to perform bronchial drainage and massage therapy
for people who suffering from bronchitis and bronchial asthma
as developed by Lominiga, MD, from Kiev medical school. The
techniques are entirely easy to apply and especially important
for clients who must often use steroids for their asthma and
antibiotics due to repeated pneumonias. This method is clinically
proven to be very safe and effective. Also on DVD #5, you
will find Boris Prilutskys demonstration of deep tissue
massage for the full body.
Testimonial
"I am familiar with Mr. Boris Prilutsky's assertion
of the beneficial physiological effects of massage therapy
on the human body. Having had a great first-hand experience
as well as of my referred patients with this modality of treatment,
I can attest to its clinical efficacy."

Manual
Acceleration of Lymph Drainage and Detoxification
The
main function of the lymphatic system is detoxification and
disposal of metabolic waste products. In its immune function,
the lymphatic system helps the body fight bacterial and viral
infections. In any given 24-hour period, the lymphatic system
processes about a gallon of lymph. Using specialized techniques
of manual lymph drainage, we can increase the amount of lymph
processed by 20 times. This means that the elimination of
toxins can be 20 times faster than normal, thereby contributing
to the improvement of ones general health and immunity.
In Volume 5 of Boris Prilutskys Medical Massage DVD
series, Boris offers a detailed discussion and hands-on demonstration
on manual lymph drainage and detoxification techniques.
Medical
Massage and Bronchial Drainage Techniques in Cases of Bronchial
Asthma and Bronchitis
Bronchial
asthma and bronchitis are common pulmonary disorders. The
main cause of asthma and bronchitis is an allergic reaction
to various allergens and irritants (including polluted air,
foods, bacteria, viruses, and pollen). While massage therapy
and bronchial drainage techniques cannot fight the immune
response directly, these modalities help remove mucous byproducts.
This prevents bacteria from growing in and obstructing the
airways. Additionally, these modalities help suppress the
over-activity of the parasympathetic division of the nervous
system. As a result, asthma and chronic bronchitis patients
experience a tremendous improvement in their condition. In
fact, using these methods, one can expect a reduction in the
routine use of antibiotics, steroids/inhalers, and other medications
used by asthma and bronchitis patients. In Volume 5 of Boris
Prilutskys Medical Massage DVD series, Boris offers
a detailed discussion and hands-on demonstration on Medical
Massage and bronchial drainage techniques as they are used
with asthma and chronic bronchitis patients.
Post-Event
Sports Massage
Post-Event
Sports Massage are important methods used to improve the performance
of athletes, rehabilitate from exercise stress, eliminate
side effects, and to prevent sports-related injuries. In Volume
5 of Boris Prilutskys Medical Massage DVD series, Boris
offers a detailed discussion and demonstrates specific techniques
of sports massage, as well as stretching of different groups
of muscles. Given the fact that many people work out on a
regular basis, and tend to overload themselves, it is important
