Notes:
1:
All Students must complete the 120-hour Clinical Massage Therapy
Course and 50-hour Physical Therapy Aide Course prior to taking
the Chiropractor Assistant Class
2: The Chiropractor Assistant program
includes the 120-hour Clinical Massage Therapy course, 50-hour Physical
Therapy Aide course and 130 Hour Chiropractor Assistant Course.
3: The
Massage Therapy for National Certification Package can be completed
within 1 year, if taken on a full-time basis, or within 2-years
in taken on a part-time basis. Payment options vary, depending on
the student's schedule availability and desires. his
package includes the following courses: Clinical
Massage Therapy, Physical
Therapy Aide "Orthopedic Massage", Chiropractor
Assistant, Anatomy &
Physiology, and 100 hours of elective Registered
Continuing Education Seminars. Contact the school's administrator
for more details.
4: These seminars are for those individuals
who have completed a basic massage course (Please ask the school
administrator for more info). These prices are only valid if you
pre-register and pre-pay for a seminar at least three days in advance.
PAYMENT
OPTION:
The student pays the whole tuition in monthly installments in the
part-time classes and pays the whole tuition in weekly installments
in the accelerated classes. The student must payoff the tuition
prior to graduation. This plan is interest free (0%
interest).

Explanation
of requirements for payment plans:
1.)
All students interested in a payment plan must complete a student
application.
2.)
IPPT reserves the right to refuse service or payment plans to anyone
with or without disclosing a reason.
3.)
Every student must fill-out an enrollment form prior to starting
classes.
4.)
Prior to starting a course, each student must provide the school
a copy of at least one form of identification (i.e. Driver's license).
5.)
The student's monthly payment is due on either the 10th or 20th
of the month. The date of payment is based on the date the class
started.
6.)
Students who are more than 7 days late on their scheduled payments
are subject to a $25 late fee.
7.)
Students who fail to make scheduled payments are subject to removal
from classes.
8.)
Students who have attended more than 60% of a course are responsible
for full payment of the course regardless if they have completed
the course or not.
9.)
If a
student fails to pay the full amount of tuition and registration
fee, as agreed upon in their enrollment agreement, Institute of
Professional Practical Therapy shall have a choice of either filing
a complaint with the small claims court or transferring this contracted
debt to a collection agency. the student agrees to pay all expenses,
including court filling fees and service fees.
10.)
In order to receive a certificate of completion you must complete
all required class hours, complete all payments, pass the course(s)
final examination and have submitted all necessary paperwork.
